We brewed it with 160 lbs of Maple Sugar from Vermont, Bourbon infused oak chips and all natural Pecan and Vanilla. The beer weighs in ay 9.8% ABV and is a Mahogany color with layers of maple, bourbon and caramel in the flavor. The flavors are richly complex and a balanced finish rounds out the experience.
