Brewed in collaboration with Jason and Mike from Bacchus Brewery in New Paltz, this beer is built from 100% locally sourced ingredients. Six-row malted barley from Germantown Beer Farm in the Hudson Valley, 100 lb of wet hops picked at our hop harvest festival and thrown straight into the whirlpool then fermented with a blend of our house lacto/farmhouse cultures.
