Festbier is the original style of a kellerbier (zwickelbeir) from the Franconia region of Germany. Rich, bready, toasty malt with a impression of sweetness but finishes medium dry. Spicy and floral hops with notes of lilac flowers and a faint orange zest. The mouthfeel is aided by being unfiltered and lightly conditioned with a pleasant soft moderate bitterness.
