Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout aged on Systema Solera Rum Barrels. This medium bodied stout has a slight mealy quality and finishes with sweet cream. Enough hops went in to this one to remind you that you're still drinking beer and not dessert. It's deceptively high octane sipper that rides safely on the edge.
