Brewed with lighter varieties of grain, this IPA showcases the Mosaic hop. Wonderful notes of tropical fruit, berries, and citrus from a heavy Mosaic Dry Hop. Late additions of Mosaic round out a nice punch of bitterness from the earlier additions of Simcoe.
