McFate Funky Razz Wit

This refreshingly tart and funky wheat beer was brewed in collaboration with local homebrewer Michael Fry, and will be a pro-am entry at this year’s GABF! Using Michael’s recipe, we brewed this beer with wit yeast, then added plenty of raspberries and Brettanomyces, letting it ferment out the sugar from the raspberry. Fruity from the berries, funky from the Brett, enjoyable all around. A refreshing wheat ale very pale in color
