Brewed to showcase local, Washington-grown hops in all their glory, Jet Star's malt is intentionally subdued to allow the double-dosed hops from the late kettle hop additions and dry-hopping to take over the beer. Chinook and Cascade hops provide the classic citrus and pine aroma associated with big, bold American hops. It's one heck of a flashback!
