Old Tankard Ale is being brewed based on a 1937 recipe, Kashper, Pabst Brewing chairman and chief executive officer, said in a statement. It is an American Ale-style beer. Pabst, founded in Milwaukee in 1844, originally launched Old Tankard Ale in the 1930s after Prohibition was repealed.
