Our authentic Bavarian Hefeweizen is brewed with 50% wheat along with Lemongrass added during fermentation. Unfiltered, it pours a cloudy delight bringing you the aromas & hints of flavor of banana & clove. The Lemongrass provides a slight citrus note and tartness to the finish.
