A hop forward IPA made with Palisade, Cascade, Wakatu, and Nugget hops. Still easy to drink and well balanced, just a bit toward the hops. Named after the fact that the towns people of Fort Collins Cut the Lights of the town in 1888 in order to break James Howe out of jail and hang him in protest of his killing of his wife that night.
