Pelican Elemental Fresh Hop Pale - Sterling

Brewed only during the peak of hop season,
Elemental Ale uses 500 pounds of freshly picked,
“wet” Sterling hops from Goshie Farms in Silverton,
Oregon. In order to put such a large amount of hops
into this beer, the entire mash tun is used as a hop
back! Left unfiltered to showcase as much hop
character as possible, Elemental Sterling Fresh Hop
Ale features an emphatically spicy, floral and grassy
aroma with a firm malt backbone and an assertive,
snappy hop finish. Produced with one malt, one hop
variety, one yeast strain and pure coastal water, this
is truly an elemental beer!
