We pulled a couple kegs of our Petite Buckwheat Saison & dry-hopped them with New Zealand Raku hops, along with Citra & Columbus hops, to give it a slightly spicy & funky character, creating an interesting shift from a yeast-centered brew to a hop-centered one instead.
