Our House Rye Pale “Badlands” with a twist. Badlands is a San Diego style Pale Ale brewed with Organic Rye featuring CTZ, Centennial and Citra hops to produce a dank hop aroma with a crushable spicy rye backbone. This time however we ferment the beer using a barbarian yeast strain as opposed to the traditional California Ale Yeast. The barbarian yeast adds both fruity esters of peach and citrus as well as the “murk” due to the yeast containing the aromatic hop oils remaining in suspension.
