A fairly strong, highly roasted dark stout with pronounced bitter chocolate flavor. Bitterness is derived from 4 heavy Indiana grown Cascade hop additions througout the boil. Our Claysburg Stout is an homage to the Claysburg Neighborhood in Jeffersonville.
