We are so lucky to be in the beer industry. In an effort to give back to the community that supports us, each year Rooftop will brew a beer and donate proceeds to local charities. Oh yeah - the beer! How else could we celebrate the mosaic of humanity that exists in the US without pounds and pounds of Mosaic hops? A Northwest style IPA with local grains and hops.
