This is our first test batch of Gose and you’ll see it come back this summer, right when you want it. This is the perfect summer beer to get you through the winter months. Our take on a traditional Gose include the addition of GINGER and CORIANDER to balance out the sightly TART and SALTY nature of this FUN beer.
Parings include - Grouper, oysters, guacamole, parmesan cheese, and the beach
