Sparkling, light bodied, refreshing, and dry. Farmhouse is inspired by saison beer and rosé wine. Apple varieties -include Jonagold, Spartan, McIntosh, Empire and a small amount of English bittersweet apples. The apples are grown by Sunrise Orchards in Cornwall, Vermont and Dragon Orchards in Herefordshire, England. Fermentation is slow and partial native yeast in stainless steel and aged for 3-6 months.
Food Pairing: goat and sheep cheeses, rocket salads, lox, breakfast (it's totally fine to drink this cider at 10 am on a Saturday - we don't judge.)
