Southern Pines Moore IPA

This Imperial IPA (7.5% ABV) was brewed using a technique called hop bursting, where the majority of hops were added in the last 20 minutes of the boil. This results in tons of hop aroma and flavor as well as a softer, more rounded bitterness than many other 80 IBU beers possess. The Moore IPA has sweet aromas of pear, tropical fruit, and pine. Brewed with clear Belgian Candi Sugar and British Golden Promise malt, the body has a light, honey-like sweetness, complimenting this hop-forward style.
