Citra Pale Ale is brewed with English Maris Otter, Canadian 2-row and a little Belgian Pilsner and German Melanoidin malt thrown in for good measure. Fresh Citra hops from Yakima are added 5 times during the boil and then the fermenter is dry hopped with more Citra hops for aroma. Fermented on the cool side for an ale, makes Citra Pale Ale crisp and full-bodied.
