Lots of different fruit flavors from the hops: peach, lime, floral, tropical, and citrus which blend nicely with the kiwi and yuzu fruit followed by a hint of pepper in the background. We used New Zealand hops, Wai-iti and Riwaka along with Loral hops from the US
