Berliner Weiss. Our version of the famous sour beers of Berlin, Reserve Wheat offers a bit more heft to what is traditionally a very light beer. This beer combines the complexity of Brettanomyces and the tartness of Lactobacillus to make a crisp, approachable and satisfying “wild ale” experience.
