History and simplicity for a very complex craft beer! Over two years ago, Thomas Creek Brewery landed whiskey and wine barrels with the plan to brew some unique beers. The beers were Flanders Red, Amber Ale, and Strong Golden. The strategy was to meticulously blend these Funk Beers into one Mixed Cultured Belgian Ale at just the right time. This process produced, a onetime release, Mixed Cultured Belgian Ale which comes in at 7% ABV. The Brew Team is very proud of their work on this hand crafted beer.
