This beer is one of a kind. It is our good “old” To Øl/Mikkeller collab – Overall IIPA – fermented with wild yeast. The result is a dry hop bomb that has been balanced by the tart and funky wild yeast notes. When we added the wild yeast the fermentation went out of control and made a 100% attenuation.
