Everything Wrong (and Right) is a Fruited Northeast-Inspired IPA with Lactose, Vanilla, Apricot, Passionfruit and Peach. Our NE-inspiration took a detour through Quaker country and with it we serve up the most diabolically antithetical, incongruous, beautiful, fragrant and juicy IPA we have concocted to date. It includes everything wrong in beer (IPA in particular) these days -- fruit, Vermont yeast, vanilla and lactose -- and pairs it with everything right -- hops and lots of them. This frankenstein of beers has a soft, full, creamy mouthfeel and loads of aromatics and flavor. It's just enough to remind you that Sacramento winters are short and that spring will be here before you know it. So please help us salute everything wrong and right in beer these days and raise a big glass of "we don't give a damn" to the haters out there. Everything Wrong (and Right) will be on tap at both locations.
