Viking Braggot Pineapple IPA

Our Pineapple IPA is delicious balance of fruity pineapple flavors with a generous amount of bittering and aroma hops. An organic grain bill comprised mostly of 2-row and white wheat malt, with a handful of specialty grains provides a strong body for this brew. Northern Brewer and Columbus hops provide the bittering while more Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops add aroma. This hop heavy braggot is balanced by local wildlfower honey and is then conditioned on freshly chopped Maui Gold pineapples to create a tropical aroma and fruity flavor!
