S.M.A.S.H. stands for a Single Malt and Single Hop. We used this method to create a traditional English style Premium Bitter using Gleneagles Marris Otter, a premium English barley which is floor-malted in traditional fashion, and East Kent Goldings, the quintessential mild, floral, and slightly fruity English hop. A light, balanced, and sessionable ale!
