Saison aged 7 months in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Notes of apple, oak and a clean cantaloupe finish meld together in this funky Pilsner based Saison. We see this as an entry level Barrel-Aged beer, but it could be enjoyed by even a true beer connoisseur.
