This Kölsch is a take on the traditional easy drinking German beer style. Adding a laundry list of hops and using an ale yeast at lagering conditions, we made a hybrid of our own. It’s crafted with mountains of; Bravo, Rakau Mandrina, Citra Chinook and Motueka hops. Expect a crisp clean mouthfeel, followed by a wave of hop flavors.
