Nitro Derby has abandoned the usual dark or black pigment familiar with most stouts and instead delivers a beautiful light brown color reminiscent of the stouts from a hundred years ago. It takes a modern twist with the addition of Nitrogen instead of Carbon Dioxide to create beer bubbles that are more tightly packed, ensuring a smoother, richer tasting experience. The new creation is an homage to the centuries of honest brewers who toiled endlessly to perfect their craft and who most likely enjoyed stouts just like Nitro Derby (minus the Nitrogen, of course).
