The second release in our Barrel Noir series blends our Woodford Reserve barrel-aged imperial milk stout with chili peppers, cocoa nibs, vanilla and sea salt, drawing inspiration from the creative cauldron that was San Francisco’s notorious Barbary Coast. This decadent stout balances sweetness with heat and rounds out with the perfect kiss of oaky-Bourbon. Pair with mole poblano, dry-rubbed pork or rich chocolate mousse.
