First brewed as a lager, aged shortly in stainless steel tanks, then aged in bourbon barrels for over 240 days. This imperial baltic beer is very flavorful with notes of the barrel, bourbon, chocolate, and stone fruit. A commemorative beer celebrating our two year anniversary.
