Using Wildflower honey, we co-fermented this mead with pineapple for a juicy body and lemongrass for a touch of smooth tannins. Using a mix of fresh and dried ginger, this mead is crisp, naturally gluten-free and packs the ginger twang all ginger lovers crave.
