This Saison style beer was brewed at ABC, Mechanicsburg location with the help of our friends at The Vegetable Hunter. It pours a delicate pink hue with spritzy carbonation. Great attenuation from our selected Belgian yeast resulted in a very dry finish, much like the most classic examples of the style. Great barnyard notes from the yeast creates a very traditional rendition. We then conditioned the beer on Blueberry, Blackberry and Strawberry to provide a slight back-sweetness. Subtle notes from the fruits results in a beer that we are all very excited about.
