Our flagship beer, Beast Ale, is an unfiltered Strong American Pale Ale made from American and English grains that are milled onsite for optimal freshness. The nose is bright citrus. In the secondary fermenter the beer is dry-hopped with Cascade whole leaf hops to provide a smooth, well balanced flavor and dry finish.
