This is an unfiltered West Coast IPA with a Hawaiian-Pacific twist. The use of Marris Otter and Belgian Pale Ale malts provides a strong backbone for the beer. The flavor and hop aroma bursts with tropical pineapple, mango & grapefruit and has a slightly bitter finish. The feature hop is Azacca from Washington State. Azacca is an aromatic hop named for the Haitian god of agriculture. It is a hop big in citrus and tropical fruit tones.
