We found a great blend of hops that are attainable at the 7 barrel level, and it still satisfies our hop head fans. It has a great pine and citrus aroma, is dry, and finishes with a lingering bitterness balanced by a slightly bready malt profile. At 5.9%, it’s pretty easy drinking, too.
