Five different malts are used to provide a smooth but complex
base with a characteristic roasted caramel taste and subtle coffee
and chocolate notes. The New Zealand bittering hops provide a
rounded spicy citrus bitterness topped off by the unmistakeable
orange and floral notes of American Amarillo. The beer is well
attenuated to give a refreshing dry finish.
The beer is unfiltered and unPasteurised.
