Have you ever had an Irish friend who loves their pint of ale? Well ours happens to own a couple of pubs right here in Nebraska, and after an ale or two of his own, he wanted a namesake beer to excite the Irish in all of us! So, he asked us for an easy drinking pint of Irish Red that has a soft caramel malt sweetness and mild roasty finish that Irish Red Ales are known for...but he wanted just a wee bit of a hop kick to balance it all out.
