This farm driven cider is made from estate grown, fresh pressed Winesap apples, a variety that originated in New Jersey in the 1700’s. The Winesap apple gets its name from the spicy wine-like flavor and aroma, making it a perfect cider apple. This dry cider has a rich, earthy apple aroma, hints of white wine, and flavors of tart apple with tangy citrus notes.
