A champagne like beer with tart, sour and acidic notes, and almost no hop bitterness. Traditionally called a “Berliner Weisse,” Head Brewer, Devin Singley added a Southern brewer’s touch and used locally malted grain from Epiphany Malt of Durham, NC to inspire the creation of his “Carolina Weisse.” Prost Ya’ll !
