A moderate, refreshing ale with noticeable hop aroma balanced by supporting malt flavors.Fruity pale ale, notes of strawberry and honeydew and creamsicle. Fermented at a lower temp with a German hybrid yeast that pairs well with the fruitiness of the German Huell Melon hops. Not overpowering or bitter. Lager like qualities in an ale yeast. First time using gluten removal enzyme.
