Both toasted and flaked oats are milled with a variety of roasted malts to give Moo Joos its signiture color and head. A traditional old-world British ale yeast leaves us with plenty of dark fruit, yet allows the dark chocolate and coffee notes to prevail.
This one has the fun addition of fresh blueberries to add a sweet tartness undertone.
