This Raspberry Lager is an exercise in international brewing cooperation came about between Norwegian home brewer Unni Irmelin Kvam (Micromaid) and our Head Brewer Tom, when he ran across her recipe in a Norwegian Brewing book while living there. This beer comes across as relatively malty sweet with just enough fresh tart raspberries and czech saaz hops to balance it all out
