The Conjurer Oak-Fermented Rye Bier De Garde releases today at the taproom. This Saison brewed with Riverbend Rye is transferred to the barrel directly after leaving the kettle. Fermentation in Biltmore Wine Barrels lends a lovely tannin that intermingles with with the spiciness of the Rye and Saison yeast.
