Button Brew House & Ten55 Brewing Fruiticopia

This was a fun collaboration with our friends from Ten55 Brewing, a brew that came out quite complex and refreshing. We fermented it with 140 lbs. of organic mango, peach, plum and pomegranate fruit purée which adds a nice subtle tropical and stone fruit character in the aroma and flavor in the finish. It contains an ample amount of malted wheat and some un-malted organic Sonora white wheat to give it a nice bready character and a soft mouth-feel. Copious amounts of Azacca, El Dorado and Vic Secret hops were added to the whirlpool and dry-hopped to lend it very citrusy and tropical fruit aromas bursting with flavors of orange, grapefruit and pineapple closing with a crisp bitter finish that lingers slightly leaving you wanting more. Let it warm up a few degrees and enjoy the complexity of the changing aromas and flavors as the temperature rises. Cheers!
