Our third small batch is a German Style Kölsch, this style is fermented with an ale yeast then lagered. The result is the best of both worlds, a light easy drinking pale that finishes crisp and clean. It is a perfect pairing for cucumber, the style’s soft fruitiness and clean white bread character provide the perfect base for fresh cucumber.
