The Carolina Brewery is proud to celebrate 21 years of handcrafted beers with our annual Anniversary Ale. This beer is brewed in the style of the Trapist Monks of Europe using traditional Belgian malts and yeast. Since much of its flavor is derived from the authentic yeast strain it is gently filtered to prevent the delicate flavors from being stripped away. As is the custom in Belgium and the Netherlands, a touch of dried orange peel, cumin, and coriander is added to round out the flavor. So raise your glass and say Cheers to 21 years!
