Copper Trail Caribbean Dream

This brew is a trip! The first and foremost upfront is the straw colored lightness, but don’t let that fool you. After the first sip, flavors of berry and coffee come through both from the hops and from the locally roasted coffee beans used. While a light lager and coffee might seem like an odd combination, the Golden Stout has been a unique style gaining popularity. Since there are no roasted grains in the malt bill, all the harshness of a typical stout are non-existent. The final stop on this trip brings in the coconut flavors! The coffee beans were soaked in Coconut Rum along with a hefty addition of flaked coconut to round out the overall experience! Cheers.
