The Midwest Midnight is smooth. It is sweet, but not cloying. Berry and Nectar poke through from some insanely awesome hops. The Cacao Nibs from Ghana give a chocolaty finish that fights with a roasty and slightly astringent dryness for the final flavors. The off white head is picture perfect.
