Coronado Brewing and Pizza Port have come together for an epic collaboration between two of San Diego’s original breweries. “El Rollo” is a quintessential West Coast IPA, celebrating the style that the two brewers have helped progress over the last three decades. This crisp and refreshing beer is brewed with a blend of Simcoe, Chinook, and Columbus Cryo hops. Simcoe and Chinook lend fruity and earthy notes with a hint of pine and bright grapefruit.
